BECKER FRANK R., Jr. Age 45 of Banksville, unexpectedly passed on Sunday, November 20, 2016. Frank will be sadly missed by his dog, Noah and all of his Brothers and Sisters on the Department. Frank was a retired Fire Captain for the City of Pittsburgh, Bureau of Fire.
