Passed on Monday, April 5, 2021, age 73, of the North Side.  Mitchell worked for the Pittsburgh Bureau of Fire for over 30 years and retired with the rank of Lieutenant and his last assignment was Engine Co. # 38. He also sang with Johnny Angel and the Halos and later in his musical career with the Marcels.
