PARKER WILLIAM J. Age 81, of Carrick, passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2017.  Bill was a Firefighter for the City of Pittsburgh, starting his career in Hays and retiring from Fire Company #23 of Carrick. He was a carpenter by trade, but his love was representing Santa Claus at many local parades and Christmas functions.
